Grabbed my tripod and took the light rail down to the water in Jersey City with the intent of getting a night shot of downtown. It was more hazy than I'd like, but the long exposure from using my ND filter made for a nice glossy water look. For some reason I could only get my camera to a 30 second shutter speed. I'll have to look into how to get it to go longer.
Afterwards I grabbed a quick happy hour drink at Taphaus. Pretty normal bar, except the views are great. Mostly a finance professional type bar, so I fit right in with my jeans, hoodie sweatshirt, and Copper Mountain vest.Called it a night and went home to make dinner. Set up the ride for the morning commute first though. As soon as it's above 45 in the morning, the commute is much more fun. Still can't believe only a few days ago it was freezing and snowing in the morning. Now it's going to be in the 70's this week.
